Mind should be filled by Allah's fear & love. After that mind should be drived by the knowldge of Quran & Sunnah.If knowledge will be drived by mind than the person will do wrong act. Muslims in world are work according to their willing , not by knowledge . So they became terrorist or became non religious. Terrorist are thought that they have done according to Quran. But their works are opposite to Quran . Again some muslims do many works which are not good & approved by Quran . But they thought they do right. Because both of them have not knowledge of Quran & both of them don't purify their mind from hate, greed, selfihness, pride, jealous. They do not filled their mind with the love & fear of Allah. Some people have knowled ge of Quran but their mind are not pure . So they also do wrong. Quran says that to purify mind & filled it with the love- fear of Allah. This is the first step to be a muslim. Quran says, If any one wouid do according to his mind instead of the Quran than he will marked as lower than beast .Quran also says that if any one wouldn't take the rules of Quran when he do any work than he be marked s disbeliever.So it is clear that the terrorist are lower than beast & disbelivers. They who are not terrorist but don't follow the rules of Quran are not muslim. Muslim are those who purify their mind, love- fear Allah & follow Quran- Sunnah.
